In a quest for health, clean living, food comes up frequently. Let’s face it, for many of us (maybe just me) too much importance or delight is found in food. At times, I know my life seemingly revolves around it, but that is a whole other battle to be fought ☺. For now, I find it easier to attack the issue by finding, creating, and often stumbling upon healthy food options which not only help me be better about achieving my lifestyle goals, but also keep me feeling great!

To be clear, I am not a dietician or expert in any of this whatsoever, well other than an expert of what I enjoy to eat and the problems I face living life and trying to maintain a clean, healthy diet amidst a sea of fast food, time constraints, and personal food demons. With the ever increasing access to organic food options, non-GMO ideology growing, and greater access to healthy responsible food options ever increasing, it is a great idea to start looking into how to revolutionize your eating habits.
